This Privacy Policy explains how AS YOU ARE LLC, doing business as Brick by Brick ("Brick by Brick," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit brickbybrickcohort.com and related pages, register for a workshop, book a call, or join one of our programs.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address and phone number when you register for a workshop or fill in a form
  • Answers to questions on our forms, such as what you do, where your clients come from, and your LinkedIn profile link
  • Scheduling details when you book a call
  • Messages you send us by email, text, chat or direct message
  • Payment and billing details when you buy a program. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and the link or ad that brought you to us
  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies, described in section 5

Information from live sessions and calls

  • Workshops and program sessions are run on video conferencing software and may be recorded. Your name, chat messages, voice and video may appear in a recording if you choose to share them.
  • Calls with our team may be recorded and transcribed so we can keep accurate notes. We tell you at the start of the call.

2. How we use your information

  • To register you for a workshop and send you the join link, reminders and follow-up
  • To respond to you and to schedule and hold calls
  • To deliver our programs and support members
  • To send you emails about our content, workshops and programs. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To send text messages if you have agreed to them (see section 6)
  • To measure and improve our website, workshops and advertising
  • To show you our ads on other platforms and measure whether they worked
  • To prevent fraud, protect our rights and meet legal obligations

3. Service providers we use

We use other companies to run our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. These currently include:

  • Website hosting and forms: Webflow
  • Email: Kit
  • Text messaging and customer records: Roezan and GoHighLevel
  • Video sessions: Zoom
  • Scheduling: Calendly
  • Call recording and notes: Fathom
  • Automation between tools: Zapier
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Advertising and analytics: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and Hyros

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information:

  • With the service providers listed above
  • With advertising platforms, in the form of conversion and audience data (for example, that someone registered), so we can measure and target our ads. Some privacy laws treat this as "sharing" or "selling" for advertising. See section 9 for how to opt out.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Brick by Brick, our members or others
  • As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business

5. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

We use:

  • Essential cookies that make the site and forms work
  • Analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used
  • Advertising cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel, that tell us whether an ad led to a registration and let us show ads to people who have visited our pages

You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Meta, LinkedIn and Google account settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

6. Text messages

If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from AS YOU ARE LLC (Brick by Brick) at the number you gave us.

  • What we send: workshop reminders, the join link, and follow-up about the workshop or program you asked about
  • How often: message frequency varies. Typically up to 6 messages per workshop.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply
  • To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
  • For help: reply HELP or email support@digitalkairos.com.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering or buying anything.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described elsewhere in this policy, other than with the providers that send messages on our behalf.

SMS and text message marketing privacy.

We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and reputable providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to deliver our programs, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days where the law allows.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any email
  • Texts: reply STOP
  • Access, correction and deletion: email support@digitalkairos.com and we will respond within 30 days
  • Advertising opt-out: email us to ask that your information not be shared with advertising platforms, and use the ad settings in your Meta, LinkedIn and Google accounts

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, other U.S. state privacy laws, or the GDPR, including the right to know what we hold, to correct or delete it, to object to certain uses, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

10. Children

Our website and programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

Our pages link to other websites and platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
