These Terms apply to your use of brickbybrickcohort.com and related pages, our free workshops, and our communications with you. They are an agreement between you and AS YOU ARE LLC, doing business as Brick by Brick ("Brick by Brick," "we," "us"). By using the site or registering for a workshop, you agree to them.

If you enroll in a paid program, you will also receive a separate program agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the program agreement controls.

1. What we offer

Brick by Brick provides education and coaching on building a personal brand and getting clients through LinkedIn. This includes free live workshops, written and video content, and paid programs. Everything we provide is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

2. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 to use the site, register for a workshop, or agree to receive text messages.

3. Workshops

  • Workshops are free unless we say otherwise, and are held live online.
  • Workshops are live only. We do not promise a replay.
  • Sessions may be recorded by us. If you speak, turn on your camera or post in the chat, you agree that your name, voice, image and comments may appear in the recording and may be used by us for education and marketing. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and do not post in the chat.
  • You may not record, copy or redistribute a workshop.
  • We may change the date, time, content or presenter, or cancel a session.
  • We may remove anyone who is disruptive or abusive.

4. Results and earnings

We share real stories and numbers from members. These are individual results. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

We do not guarantee any income, number of clients or other result. What you get depends on your offer, your experience, your market, and the work you put in. Any business carries risk.

5. SMS and RCS Messaging Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from AS YOU ARE LLC, doing business as Brick by Brick ("AS YOU ARE"), you agree to these Messaging Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Program name. AS YOU ARE Messaging Program.

Program description. The AS YOU ARE Messaging Program sends webinar and event reminders, such as registration confirmations and join links, and follow-up about the workshop you registered for and about Brick by Brick programs and offers. Messages may be delivered through SMS or RCS depending on your device, wireless carrier, and RCS availability.

Opt-in and consent. You consent to receive these messages by selecting the consent checkbox on our opt-in form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of registering or of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the workshops you register for.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opt-out instructions. You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help and customer care. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@digitalkairos.com.

Supported devices and carriers. RCS availability depends on your device, messaging application, and wireless carrier. If RCS is unavailable, a message may be delivered as an SMS message. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data and privacy. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with wireless carriers and service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging program and deliver messages.

6. Email

When you register or give us your email, we will send you emails about the workshop and about our content and programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. Calls with our team

Calls with our team may be recorded and transcribed for our notes and for training. We will tell you at the start of the call.

8. Our content

All materials on this site and in our workshops, including text, videos, slides, templates, prompts and frameworks, belong to Brick by Brick or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal and business learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or share them, or use them to create a competing product, without our written permission.

9. Your content

If you send us questions, comments, posts or other material, or share them in a workshop, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them to run the workshop and our programs. We will ask before using your name and results in advertising.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our workshops to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, interfere with the site, or collect other people's information.

11. Third-party tools and platforms

We use third-party tools such as Zoom, Calendly and others, and we link to other websites. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Brick by Brick is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with LinkedIn, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Google. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

12. Disclaimers

The site, workshops and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the content will produce any particular result.

13. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brick by Brick and its owners, team members and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site, workshops or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or content or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
